What’s Covered
Our warranty protects you from any failure under normal use, including:

⦿ Broken zippers, buttons, or hardware
⦿ Stitching that comes loose or fails
⦿ Construction issues
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty doesn’t apply to:
⦿ Damage from accidents, drops, or water exposure
⦿ Misuse, overloading, or intentional alterations
⦿ Natural aging: patina, softening, creases, or scuffs
We love how leather evolves over time, those marks and creases are part of your story.
How to Claim
We keep it simple:

- Include a photo of the issue and your order number
- We’ll take care of the rest; return shipping, repair, or full replacement included
100-Day Returns
If your Markore piece isn’t right for you, you may return it within 100 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
